From 4 to 6 November 2025, Duoverse and Immersion joined forces at the Smart City Expo World Congress in Barcelona, the leading international event dedicated to cities and urban innovation.

The shared booth demonstrated how advanced digital twins can go beyond conventional dashboards by combining physics-based simulation, artificial intelligence and immersive visualization. At the center of the experience was a digital representation of Singapore, enabling visitors to explore the city of the future and interact with complex urban information through XREAL augmented reality glasses.

The collaboration brought together the complementary expertise of both companies. Duoverse's hybrid digital twin technology transforms physical models, simulation and data into predictive insights about complex urban environments, while Immersion's Shariiing solution creates collaborative environments in which these insights can be visualized, explored and shared intuitively.

Visitors could also discover the experience through Meetiiim, Immersion's interactive collaboration table, demonstrating how multiple stakeholders can collectively navigate digital environments and complex information. Together, these technologies illustrated a new approach to urban decision-making where simulation results are not only computed, but made accessible and interactive for planners, operators and decision-makers.

The collaboration reflects a shared vision: making increasingly sophisticated urban digital twins understandable, collaborative and actionable, and turning advanced simulation and AI into practical tools for building more resilient, sustainable and responsive cities.
